Novum Hotel Wiesbaden City

Super central yet quiet, especially at night, very clean and very well equipped, very nice diverse breakfast buffet, staff is also very friendly!! Best price-performance ratio ever!! We would very much like to come back, 100% recommendation!!

Could be so much more, but isn't. I am a Diamond IHG member. I have never stayed at a Garter Hotel brand. The modern look is the highlight the rest just left me unsatisfied. Biggest complaint is that at one point this hotel a garage and now it doesn't. Had I known I was going to walk 400 meters in the snow up and down a hill I would have never booked it. The breakfast food isn't replenished. I guess get there when it opens. Pluses: 1. Location once you ger settled 2. Modern decor Needs improvement: 1. Breakfast - restock the food 2. Parking is a nightmare 3. Check-in / out is lack luster 4. Location for anything besides walking the centrum is not good.

I've been here 3 times this year! Every time 1 to 2 nights! Very friendly staff, the rooms are nicely decorated and clean! Besides, my dog was also welcome! Breakfast leaves nothing to be desired! There's something for everyone! I have already booked there again for our next appointment in animal dermatology in Wiesbaden!
