Pentahotel Braunschweig

I chose this hotel for one night mainly because of its location and air-conditioning. It's near the centre and maybe 20 minutes' walk from the bus station. The street is busy but I got a room towards inner yard, and it was quiet enough. The room itself was simple but functioning. A good chair for sitting and a desk but no safe box nor fridge. everything was clean. Generally, I got what I expected.

Great location and modern furnishings. We traveled with a larger group, and everything worked out perfectly. Unfortunately, the breakfast area only had limited space for everyone. Otherwise, I can wholeheartedly recommend the hotel - especially because of its location - for a visit to Braunschweig.

Room doesn't get really warm, bathroom freezing, in winter an imposition! The request for a room without stair access is not met, one should have communicated that one wants a barrier-free room. Mattresses very hard!
