Achat Apart Airport Hannover

Booked this Hotel in error fifteen days before my trip. Realised my error and tried to cancel 3 minutes later. Received no response then or subsequently from several requests. Payment charged. A very poor experience. Will cetrainly never consider this hotel.

The room and location of the hotel are fine. Breakfast is expensive and standard. Dining options nearby with good value for money. Unfortunately, the billing delivery is not working. This is now the second case. I will not leave the hotel without having received an invoice. Emails are not being answered, and no one is reachable by phone. A definite no-go!

The best hotel I have booked so far. Super nice staff in all areas. Breakfast leaves nothing to be desired. Rooms modern and especially very clean.
