Best Western Premier Parkhotel

The Best Western Parkhotel Kronsberg is a very good conference hotel, unfortunately far out and - if the room faces the trade fair expressway - too loud. . The break meals and lunch buffet are excellent and there is a rich selection at breakfast and lunch. The staff is of selected kindness.

Location, spaciousness and equipment of the rooms, friendliness of the staff, cleanliness, appearance of public spaces speaks for 4 to 5 points. Unfortunately, a deduction must be made, because check in at 14:00 was not possible. If you have to wait 30 minutes, you should be offered at least one coffee, the room was more than cold, eventually we lost patience and complained. Valves were replaced, but it didn't get really warm. The restaurant is teeming with extraordinarily many forces and it looked a bit confused. At our table we had four different powers, yet (or because of that) we were not offered the dishes of the day ticket. Regrettable also that there is no cheese etc. in the evening at the bar.

This is a great hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean. Everything felt very modern and elegant. Our room had only a regular shower and no bathtub, just the way i want it. Breakfast was great as well. The only thing missing from the breakfast buffét was apple juice, they did however have a couple of other good juices. I will definitely return to this hotel if I'm staying in hannover in the future.
