Chain hotel. Relatively new. Room perfectly adequate size for this level of hotel. Only one person at Reception, but it was a Sunday. We did not have to wait but saw a queue later. Our room only had towels for one (we were a couple) which was a bit irritating. Car park is a public car park with an entry into the hotel. It is, as others have said, crazily expensive - €30 + per night.
Finding the hotel was tricky as satnav told me I had arrived at the car park, which shares the address. One side of the hotel has scaffolding and a curtain, which makes it difficult to spot.
The thing that really surprised us was the restaurant. We had low expectations and the limited menu reduced them further. But we had driven from England and were too tired to go out looking for a restaurant. At first we were the only clients and then another couple arrived. I order the smashed burger and my wife ordered beef cheeks. Both dishes were excellent. Well cooked, tasty and well-presented. The server was very friendly as well. Quite amazing, in a good way!

Location and accessibility very good!
Unfortunately totally below the standards of Novotel Affiliation (I know Accor does not operate the hotel and does not own it, it is franchised - nevertheless the franchisee commits to adhere to minimum standards for the chain like all other novotels worldwide that I visit regularly ). Likewise, there are standards for 3* classified hotels in Germany by the dehoga.
Room facilities absolute minimum - partly below. As Diamond neither upgrade, amenity nor any other benefits I should get offered (late check out or better wifi). In the rooms and everywhere you save, no Nespresso machine, no filled minibar included as in almost all other novotels in Germany for me, no bathrobe and slipper, no amenities like ear tips, shoe spoon, sponge. Not even lotion which would be mandatory in the category of dehoga. Towels exactly one set, no small towel, even the empty refrigerator should be switched on manually. For this there are overpriced convenience goods from outside company in the lobby (0.25 Coke for 3.68 euros). Usually the Swabians are known for frugality but here seems to have found its way to Lower Saxony in omnipotence like I never experienced in Swabia or even in stingy Switzerland!
A sign at the elevator - use the Accor app for the welcome drink! No - that doesn't work here because you are too lazy to explain to the bar staff that you simply have to write down the number and then you can settle it with Accor - but you don't remove the sign either! Lazy lazy!!!
Hotel was also scaffolded and construction workers interfered with work during the day. Of course, it was not pointed out online via app or website as would be mandatory!
The commission for status customers that the hotel has to pay for membership in the group and my reservation is lower than for bronze or silver customers and significantly lower than for bookings via booking, Hotel.de or hrs! This is a compensation for the advantages that I would have to be offered but were not there, the difference slips in the owner or tenant- have fun with it

Nice reception, easy check-in. Unfortunately, the kitchen in the restaurant was already closed at 9:45 p.m., there was only a self-service shelf with sweets and chips.
The room was good, top TV. However, the linen and toilet was dirty.
Breakfast top, there were also gluten-free rolls (top!).
