Hesse hotel is by far the worst hotel I have stayed in. Reception. When first getting here there was little advice or help with anything . Bar was not open no food was being sold . Breakfast. Choice of breakfast was egg or hotdog sausages no bacon very poor selection of continental choices tinned fruit at best . When ask for bacon or something told there isn't any and shunned away. Having stayed here for 4 days in a room with no Internet never cleaned even though requested had to chase for clean towels . Staff make you feel terrible everything is hassle for them. There are better hotels around the area for a similar price after talking to people . Please dont spoil your holiday by staying here .

Werner Belz at the hotel from 27.11.2025 to 30.11.2025 Pros: Breakfast i.O. Dinner i.O. Rooms available! Staff was always eager! Cons: Reception not, open 24:00 hours, as in the internal. Expelled. Hotel bar not open until 00:00. No you. Contact person (We give your complaint further). Tel. Units Price not shown on the phone. Dinner from 18:00 to 19:00!(Are we in the Bundeswehr?) The restaurant has ldt. Internally open from 18:00 to 22:00, at 20:00 was closed. Since none of this is true, this is FRAUD! The staff told us they don't work less than 10.00 hours a day. We had booked an arrangement. This included 2 nights, a dinner on the day of arrival, a schnapps, 1 bottle of water and a bus ticket for 3 days for 2 people. The hotel offers ample parking (€5.50 per day), is located just 3 km from the city centre and the bus stop is just opposite the hotel. The reception is not-as described on the internet-24 hours staffed, but that did not bother us. We were welcomed friendly, the rooms were clean and impeccable. The dinner was fine, but could have been hotter.But that is unfortunately often the case with the buffet. The breakfast buffet is also good,everyone finds something,it is nicely arranged and everything is tastefully fine. We were completely satisfied. Value for money is right.
