Best Western Helmstedt

We were stranded in Helmstedt with a broken vehicle on a Sunday afternoon and made a good choice with the Best Western. The service from the gentleman at reception was both friendly and first-class and an ordered pizza helped us to get over the fact that the restaurant was closed on Sunday evening. The price for the overnight stay with breakfast was reasonable and we would be happy to come back any time, even without a broken vehicle :-)

Lovely hotel close to the highway We stayed here just one night and we were very satisfied. Food in the restaurant was really tasty and fresh. Nice and friendly staff. The coffee machine was in our room and that's very important for me. Through our window, we could see a highway, but it didn't bother for us (no noises) good place to stay

We travelled from London to Vilnius (Lithuania) by car 16 of December. In Europe was very cold and snowing. Our car broke exactly at Petrol station front of the Hotel. 🤦‍♀️We stayed one night, but we will remember this Hotel❤️. Was almost midnight when we checked in. Nice, kind, very friendly Staff was helpful and professional. All our requests has been done in a minute. Bed are very comfy and after stress because of car we slept like Angels😁. Our Daughter ELIZAVETA enjoyed the stay in the Hotel and ask to come back in next travel. They have Coffee maker in the room, very delicious breakfast in the morning. They allowed us to stay till 2 pm for free, when I came to pay for late checkout. I used to work as a Head Housekeeper in Park Plaza Westminter Bridge for 7 years and of course I did some spot check. For Housekeeping only one thing I would like to say: BATHROOM very important and MUST to be cleaned up to Standard! But generally room clean, spotless with nice fresh smell.
