Best Western Hotel Frisia

I was allowed to stay at the Hotel Frisia several times. The cleanliness and the very friendly staff are convincing. Especially the good clean breakfast is very pleasant. The ladies there are lively and there is even real East Frisian tea on offer. The beds are very comfortable, I can sleep there very well. Thanks to all the staff!

We booked this hotel because we thought we expected the same service as at the Hotel am Delft in Emden and the handling of paying guests!Wrong thought 🫣I wanted to go to the toilet after breakfast and had to listen to the cleaner why I now go to the toilet while she is cleaning here , if I could not go to the room! Please what ,very customer friendly is not!The hotel has 4 stars!

A very clean and well maintained house, currently being rebuilt and the rooms equipped with air conditioning, this is also appropriate in the present time. Breakfast is delicious and also sufficient, all staff are very attentive.
