Unbelievable, they are using communication data upon a reservation to send out newsletters. Phoning them up... They find it "normal"... Not easy to talk to them. The new owner has given that order...

Room was too hot and no AC, and church outside rings very loud and traffic was a bit of an issue for me. Not the hotel's fault, but some air conditioning or better ventilation would improve things...

The only good thing is the location just beside the railway station and the city centre. That's about it. Staff is friendly (most of them). The whole place is worn down and needs a major renovation...
