We have been to the Upstalsboom Heringsdorf a few times already, and we always enjoy traveling there again. The staff is always very friendly and helpful! Requests are addressed and, if feasible, also implemented. We always feel very comfortable! The breakfast is very delicious and plentiful! We always love coming to the Upstalsboom!

Everything almost perfect, room large, modern and clean, food top-notch, service very nice and an excellent location. All in all, highly recommended.

The service was very friendly and attentive, and in particular, the breakfast and the cuisine in the bar and restaurant were excellent. Unfortunately, I did not receive the higher-situated room promised at check-in, listed under 3. by you. The room was okay, only the bedside lamp had no reading light. Likewise, the lighting in the bathroom and shower was too dim; for an older customer, grab bars and at least a shower stool were missing.
