MERCURE HOTEL GREIFSWALD AM GO

We were well looked after at the Dormero. Dinner, bar and breakfast have agreed to us, even if one or the other plate was not perfectly clean. At the reception we got helpful tips for sightseeing in Greifswald and the surrounding area. Parking was ample around the house. Unbelievable what cold drinks in the minibar were available for us for free. Exemplary for the entire hotel industry!

The hotel is a Domero Group hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel and room very clean but overall very much in need of renovation. In the joints of the duche were black mold spores, the cover of the trigger was missing, the free minibar had light, but the cooling was broken.

The last time I stayed I came to a room and they pushed a bed out of the room in advance. This looked like it was deliberate and not skillful. Reception responded to this question by saying succinctly: that makes the system automatic. If you book a single room, you get a single room. Unfortunately, this selection did not exist at all when booking, only standard or comfort. So I paid full price for half room. There was also no offer to change rooms, although the house was not fully booked
