Aquamaris Strandresidenz Rugen

Well, first of all, I cannot understand this not-so-great review, but oh well, everyone is different. Let's get to the room: The room was clean and sufficient. The bed was comfortable and the shower was also nice and clean and worked wonderfully. Facility: The facility is huge, well-maintained, and everything you need is there. There are playgrounds, a chill-out lounge, a wellness area, a souvenir shop, parking spaces, and the beach right outside the door. Restaurant: The restaurant is large and the breakfast was excellent. We did not book lunch because we were out and about. PS: Breakfast was from 7-11 a.m., so it is also suitable for late risers. Staff: The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Small minus point: Unfortunately, the steakhouse and the pizzeria no longer exist. Otherwise, we had a very nice stay.

We had had a lot of bad luck with a vacation rental and suddenly found ourselves without accommodation, with two teenagers. We did not want to go home. We called all the hotels without success. Until we called the Hotel Aquamaris. The front desk staff member was very friendly on the phone, took away my panic, and took great care of me. He booked two rooms for us at the hotel on short notice and welcomed us warmly. Our vacation was saved and we had 3 great days at the family hotel with a swimming pool, great beach, and delicious breakfast. The kids were mega happy. Super service and a huge thank you to the great front desk staff.

We have been regular guests at Aquamaris for 30 years. We appreciate the unique interplay of location, nature, gastronomy, and especially the accommodation. We have always been supported by the staff, who are courteous and very friendly. I am already looking forward to the next time at Aquamaris. Family Meike and Uwe Jahns.
