It is stated online that the aja Nordperd & Villen Göhren is a four-star hotel. Completely. The reality on site in dealing with guests in all areas is a total disaster. Also in the evening at the hotel's own bar. Also in the booked hotel room. It is not recommended by us. The dissolved Travel Charme group had internalized what has been missing since then. Personal guest service. What exists now in terms of experience is an unfriendly mass-processing approach that already takes place during breakfast service. Where all guests are not noticed. Are not even greeted at all. At Travelcharme, the restaurant manager and the hotel general manager were always present. Even during evening business in the restaurant. The entire management team is missing today.

Super hotel in the best location. Great breakfast, lots of staff, everything runs like clockwork and is extremely friendly. Bathrobe, towels for the large spa area in a nice bag! Few children and hotel-owned parking lot There is nothing to complain about

I can recommend the hotel with a very clear conscience. We felt very comfortable here. The whole facility is super tastefully decorated and clean. Breakfast is very rich and offers something for every guest. The staff , whether in the foyer, in the service or the cleaning team is super friendly and happy to meet the wishes of the guests. Rooms are equipped with balcony and bathroom with bathtub. For his birthday there was a handwritten voucher for drinks at the bar. From the hotel you can reach the beach, the promenade and also the center on foot in a short time. Parking is available. We will definitely come back.
