Very nice hotel with great breakfast. Nice rooms and walking distance to the castle. Highly recommended!

The service staff in the restaurant and at the reception seem partly characterized by reluctance, partly trying - but completely helpless.
When you arrive, the employees are sitting/standing in front of the door smoking. Or they are riding their scooters in circles in front of the entrance and the roundabout. Great impression!
When we arrived in our room, it was already completely dusty.
We stayed for two nights and deliberately booked a hotel and not a vacation apartment so that it would be cleaned. When we came home in the evening, we had to realize that our room had not been cleaned, even though it is a completely normal hotel. As a result, we went to the reception to complain. There, they tried to convince us that we should have hung out a sign saying that we wanted cleaning. We don't even have a sign!!! And nobody said anything about that at check-in. Here, customers are being fooled to the extreme and taken for fools! The only sign we have is: "Please do not disturb". There was no cleaning sign on any door on our entire floor.
The restaurant is totally outdated.
Breakfast is okay, but very, very cramped and crowded. Lack of space.
The eggs are cold and Nutella is empty for days.

Nice check-in and friendly man at the reception.
The room was clean and nice, but the TV had mainly German channels, and unfortunately there was no option for e.g. Chrome-cast, so you could stream something yourself.
Breakfast was good - there was plenty to choose from.
The restaurant, however, should not have nice words on the road.
Upon arrival we were hungry, so instead of finding a restaurant in the city, we chose the hotel’s restaurant. It was a disappointing experience:
I ordered a steak, but was not asked how I would have it fried. Fortunately, it turned out to be medium, but I didn’t get a steak knife, so I had to use the usual knife to cut with, which of course was a little tricky.
The baked potatoes I brought as accessories were unfortunately completely raw inside.
I did not have the opportunity to say it because no one came and asked how the food tasted, and no waiter showed up in our part of the restaurant while we ate.
Only after we had finished eating came a waiter and cleaned up and asked if the food had been good.
I hadn't eaten the potato, so I told him it was raw. The waitress mumbled something that sounded like a regret.
When she had taken the plates she went without asking if we could like dessert, coffee or the like, which we had actually talked about.
In turn there came - 10 minutes after cleaning the table - suddenly another server with a new potato! But I had eaten everything else, the table was cleaned and I had no cutlery, so why would I sit down and eat a baked potato? I said nice no thanks for getting it - I should have had it while I still had my steak.
Then we sat for over a quarter and waited to see one of the waiters, because now we wanted to pay. We were never offered coffee or dessert. There was just no servant, so we had to find one of them and ask for the bill.
All in all a really bad experience, where the staff acted very unprofessional, which gets the experience down to a really low level.
