After booking this hotel for 3 nights the booking god switched and the management was unable to check if the money was on their account. After paying another €156.- for one night,I decided to check out the next morning.After numerous calls,they reimbursed me out of a total of over € 550.- ( ~$750.) €78.- which I am still waiting for.By the way the room We had for the night need some upgrade.I think it would be fair to split the money,after all they cashed in without providing the service.recommendations ,watch out when booking , the guest is not king in this hotel.
