Housed in the annex Cons: Feeling clean (room and restaurant) Condition d. bathrooms, in particular fittings. Advance payment despite deposited credit card (to avoid complaints/discussions?). Room cleaning only on request, this limited to making beds, restocking towels and toilet paper, and emptying trash cans. Washbasin and shower remained untouched. Likewise, no care was taken about the available glasses (used glasses simply stopped there for several days). Windows (skylights) cannot be operated for people under 1.95m. We booked a spa stay at the hotel, which according to the description offers both spa and wellness facilities. The hotel has no spa, they have a sauna you can buy access to for 20€ per person, which was very far from the description. The hotel is old and worn with a smell of enclosed and mould. There is only staff from 11-19 a.m. the breakfast is boring and intangible. The location could have been obvious to the best hotel in Wismar, but honestly it seems like they have given up. We were told there was free parking, as the parking machine did not work, with the next day they would still have money for it. This hotel is a waste of money.

A perfectly okay hotel located in a quiet area with surrounding deciduous forest overlooking the Baltic Sea. There is a swimming area just 150 meters away. When we arrived with the car, it felt like driving through a residential neighborhood. The hotel reception has more to desire, no nice reception we experienced, but the other staff were very friendly. The room we got was facing the water which made it a 4 rating. Otherwise, some rooms are facing the apartment block. Breakfast was typical for a hotel in Europe. That's okay.
