Wellness area can no longer be used.Many areas have been closed. It is very cold and not suitable for feeling good.There is no Service anymore. Towels are only available for an extra charge.. Sausage and cheese platters served very lovelessly. We do not recommend it.

You shouldn't always listen to the negative voices. Often, one's own experience outweighs the pre-made opinions of others. The hotel may not be the latest, but other factors are crucial. Good food and friendly staff make a significant contribution to a successful stay. Ultimately, the overall impression you get on the ground counts. Being influenced by premature complaints from others can lead to positive surprises being missed. It is worthwhile to approach the matter openly and see for yourself. Because often behind supposed flaws hide true treasures of hospitality. Sometimes it is advisable to adjust expectations a bit to fully enjoy new experiences. A new place, a young company - everything needs some time to develop and reach its full potential. With an open and benevolent attitude, small miracles can often be discovered. Let's give the hotel a chance to surprise us and show us what's in it. Perhaps we will be positively surprised and discover a place that impresses with its charm and uniqueness. Let us face the initial hurdles with patience and leniency. After all, it’s all about spending a good time and gathering new impressions. And who knows, maybe the hotel will eventually exceed many expectations 😉 It is understandable that guests are always dissatisfied despite a cheap offer. Everyone there goes out of their way to make their stay as pleasant as possible, and is then rewarded with ingratitude. Sometimes you get the feeling that some people are just looking for mistakes to complain about. But it is much nicer to see the positives and enjoy the stay. Ultimately, holidays should be for recreation and not degenerate into stress. Perhaps it helps to remember that not all people are equal and some are simply never satisfied.

Can in no way recommend the place! The food was miserable-- it was by no means made with love. It seemed as if they had given up and the kitchen staff were not happy as well as the waiters. The only one who was cute and helpful a woman at the reception with blue hair. The beds were hard and smelled like smoke, and you could hear everything that was going on inside the neighbor. Very loud! The water was cold in the shower and the room was quite very worn. The spa was worn and one felt dirty to be in the area. Full of older people and you could take a rollator if you needed what they stood under the stairs. The fitness area was worth nothing and it could be dangerous to take by a hand weight. It was a huge disappointment. We are both in the 30s and all guests were plus 65 years old. It was dead sick we took home after 1 day had booked for 3 nights. Take the same!!
