Whether you have to go to Vlotho is up to you. But if you go to Vlotho, you have to go here! I spend around 100 nights a year in hotels, but we have rarely been treated more politely and courteously than here. Mr. Sarikaya made everything possible, extended the sauna time, helped charge the electric car, far more than just a polite check-in. The same thing happened at breakfast, very polite and courteous service from the lady. Dorint, thank you very much, that's exactly what service should be! From now on, I'll be back again whenever I come to Herford!

A very large hotel, unfortunately everything was deserted. Few guests, but many workers. Wellness, bowling alley, restaurant and bar were all closed, as was the reception in the early evening. We had half board which was very bad! We were placed with three tables in a very quiet bar area for a 3 course dinner in which you had no choice, a block of lukewarm quiche, meat with rice or fusilli, no vegetables or salad and a block of jelly that was supposed to be tiramisu. The breakfast was fine.

Customer friendliness is hard to find at the reception! Lighting in the room not good, there were only night lights that worked and they also got hot. WiFi was very poor. Not a 4 star worthy hotel
