The comfort room I booked in a quiet location was unfortunately on the main road and next to a busy bus stop. Unfortunately there was no working fridge in the room. You couldn't buy any drinks anywhere in the building. The restaurant and bar are closed. The website advertises a fitness room. That is also closed!! I find that very unfortunate! The bread for breakfast was unfortunately dry, otherwise it was OK. Why do the parking spaces cost €8.00?? No idea!

Slept one night at this hotel. Clean rooms, nice personnel. Very quiet location. A bit old furniture, comfortable beds. "Old school" hotel/motel. Some of the rooms are in a flat near the hotel building.

We stayed here at short notice having found our booked hotel to have limited parking. The Hotel Heide Rezidence were extremely helpful and very accommodating. I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Paderborn. The owner is a very good host with a great local knowledge to recommend the best places to dine at and visit.
