The hotel is no longer called Big Mama, but NP Königshof and is conveniently located near Dortmund Central Station. It has been under its belt for a few years, which was already evident from the defective front door. The entrance area looks uninviting, the small elevator takes forever. The room and bathroom, on the other hand, were appealing, clean and well equipped. For one night perfectly sufficient.

Excellent hotel, very comfortable large bed, decent TV with Netflix, amazing location (right outside the main train station and within very close walking distance of everything, very friendly and helpful staff, delicious breakfast, reasonable price and a very good shower in the room. Cannot fault this hotel at all, it was so good I didn't want to leave!

I stayed there for a football match. I arrived by train and it's right next to the train station. It's easy to get to the stadium from there. Clean rooms, friendly staff and good breakfast. I'll be happy to come back.
