We were heading to Bonn earlier than expected but would arrive late, and could not extend our stay at our original hotel. This one came up with a big discount and as we were arriving late we thought we just needed a place to sleep. They had signs they were renovating and this was more than due with vey dark hall ways on 80’s feel. The room was huge but half empty. There were wires hanging out the wall as they were working on things. There were no lights at the bed, and not even 2 chairs. The toilet was quite big but no shower curtain or place to put the shower while showering. Room looked like being renovated but still would not be able to make it nice unless completely demolished.

This is the worst service I have ever experienced. The hotel was a big building place, the rooms were not finished, no curtains in the room (had to make my own curtains from towels and bedsheet) so people could look straight into the room from a public parking, the light was not working, the TV was not working, the keycard for the door was not working, the bathroom was not finished, there was a big hole in the floor in the room. When we complaint in the reception (a small table in the middle of an emty room) they could not do anything about it, as the hotel was under reconstruction, they told us to make a written complaint. Now 2 month later after sending 15 mails to the hotel, I have still not received any answer back. Same situation for my 3 coworkers. Stay away from this hotel !

All you need. Only spent here one night, it was affordable, had all the basic amenities, clean, AC and very kind staff. Bed was comfortable, nice and clean shower. Location is great - very close to the old town and train station.
