Hotel Kocks am m

We have been staying for over 10 years min. Once a year at the Hotel Kocks and were always very satisfied. Under new management, things have changed. We miss the warm welcome of Mrs Lang very much. Unfortunately, the offer at breakfast has also decreased, the choice is reduced, juices only from unpalatable concentrate and from the dispenser. Once, juices were available in bottles or carafes, which were much better in taste and also more sustainable. Mixed fruit salad was completely deleted, which was always sought after for cereal and co. Fruits whole are still available, but not well suited for a mix with cereal. The red pencil is at the expense of quality. Service is poorly organized. Usually there was always a bottle of water in the room. We had booked 3 rooms; in one room there was a bottle, in the next room only on the 2nd. There was none in the last room. Meanwhile, prices have risen enormously and parking fees are now also being charged. Also with guests who have arrived WITHOUT CAR. My 89-year-old mother-in-law arrived with us and she was charged €3.00 parking fees per night, as was our 14-year-old niece who travelled with her parents and stayed in a 3-bed room. What the hell is this? Per car would still be traceable, but per person. In addition, there are open pitches, only 4-5 pitches are with canopy. We were very disappointed. However, the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The hotel is close to the city center. We had a spacious room to the garden which was nice and quiet. The parking lot was quite well occupied in the evening. Wifi is uncomplicated and fast. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

A good hotel in a good location. Decent rooms, quiet location. Nice service. Parking in front of the house. The breakfast is also very good, you'll gladly come back... Also because the price is right here. Thank you for a nice stay.
