HOTEL LING BAO

Very beautiful hotel, magnificent room, quiet, we had room 29. Breakfast buffet: there was savory, Asian, and sweet food. Coffee machines, tea, juices, flavored water. It was good. I went to the pool with my son, it is nice, not very big, and that day there were many unsupervised children! However, the steam room was not working, and the sauna had a horrible smell (urine??). Other people wanted to go in and quickly closed the door! Towels and bathrobes available at the pool entrance. Lockers available with a 1€ coin. The pool is poorly marked, I had to search for it. You must open the door with your room key card. We made a reservation in the evening to eat at the buffet. Drinks are not included in the price of the buffet. You pay for everything at the end of the meal. Varied and good food. Negative point: drinks are expensive, even at the bar! It’s excessive. $3.30 for 20cl of soda $7.70 for 75cl of still water

How is it that such a large hotel has so few staff? There's a bar a pool and a bar and there's only two people working. Snacks and drinks take mega long and the snacks you get that you have to wait 45 minutes for cost 75 euros for three small snack bites. Really a setback and will not book here again soon. Hotel and service are really disappointing.

Parking lot is way too small, not enough parking options .... Unfriendly staff at breakfast, came right away with the info 45 min then I need the table ... Also came after 45 min and told us and the neighbors that she needs the tables and that we are welcome to take the coffee mug with us ..... we paid almost 2000 euros for 3 days with park admission, you want to eat in PEACE and if you already have to wait 12 min for an omelet (the cook can't help it if 10 people come at once) 45 min is quite little......Cleaning staff and the supervision from the hotel to the park were great, also the young man in the morning when we arrived was top.... the birthday table and the gift were also super ... It is also a pity that so much in the park is broken ....Tartuff almost everything no longer works ...,,,the park is still TOP but you notice that the employees are no longer as enthusiastic, they are all doing a good job ..... It would be nice if there were air conditioning in the dining area. That would be good for the guests and the staff too... New pool area is nice but too few seating and lounging areas ..... On the whole it was ok, might come back but are not sure, that was our 4th visit to the hotel
