Great hotel. Staff were so friendly and accommodating. Rooms clean and spacious. Great location, 15 min walk into the centre. Thank you!

We spent one night at the art'otel cologne and were absolutely thrilled! We were there as a family together with our French Bulldog and felt very welcome from the first minute on. Everything was super clean and very well-maintained. In the room there was mineral water, a kettle with coffee and tea as well as high-quality care products and body lotion – very thoughtful! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. An absolute highlight was the terrace at the hotel: In the evening, you have a wonderful view from there! We would love to come back and can wholeheartedly recommend the hotel!

This is the third time I have stayed in this hotel. Central, very well served, excellent breakfast, river view. This time my room faced the street and there was some construction work. Renovation in progress. They did not disturb from a noise perspective, but evidently they had some impact on the plumbing system since the air conditioning was not working. 36 degrees and no air conditioning: madness! Considering the price per night!!!
