Hotel Ambassador

As I approached the hotel by taxi late evening after flying in I was wondering whether I had booked the right place for my two weeks working in Bonn. The road in which the hotel is situated on is full of Shish bars and little restaurants with groups of men sat outside so looks a little intimidating. The hotel is not much to look at from the outside and even the inside could do with a bit of updating. Check-in at reception was easy and my room pleasant and clean. My room was at the back of the hotel so I was able to sleep with the windows open comfortably. Breakfast is of an Eastern European flavour so no cooked meat in the morning but the service was nice and friendly. Everyone at the hotel was also nice and friendly which makes a big difference when working away from home. The hotel is family run and they are always happy to answer any questions or queries you may have. I would certainly stay here again.

The hotel is nothing of special, a little bit anonymous, but the breakfast choices is great and the rooms are very quiet and, for this reason, the sleep is great. Is very close to the center and the buses are around the corner

Highly advisable. Very close to a metro station, and some commercial áreas. Familiy treatment. Clean. Good for the price. As in many hotels in Europe, no shades. No noises from outside. I slept well .
