Hotel Geisler Garni

Good affordable hotel to visit Cologne. 20 min by car and you are in the center of Cologne. Rooms are renovated, the bathrooms are dated, but they were very clean. Breakfast was tasty and fresh. The breakfast room is outdated but has its charms. Very friendly service. We will definitely remember this address for a next visit to Cologne!

I stayed for one night at this hotel which emanates the style of the fifties. The lamps , the flowers, the curtains and even the colour of the built in closet fit into this frame. I missed a hairdryer, maybe in the fifties they didn’t have such gadgets.

Dirty hotel with impolite receptionist. Old furniture and uncleaned carpets and curtains. Missing completely the basic confort and cleaning. Only few rooms renewed at 3rd floor but the entire 2nd floor is terrible. I can't understand how is admitted to operate.
