Ibis Styles Koln City

We only stayed for one night at the Nuno, but were pleased with our choice of hotel. The positives: very convenient location, good to have the parking option, friendly and professional staff, comfortable and clean - we slept very well! A couple of minor points that could be improved: we had a coffee in the afternoon at the cafe and it wasn’t hot, rather lukewarm. The decor and furnishings in the room are rather spartan (matter of taste I suppose) but perfectly adequate for a short stay.

Great modern hotel in a central location The hotel impresses with its modern facilities and the perfect location on Zülpicher Strasse. The rooms are stylishly decorated and very clean. If you like it quieter, you can choose a room to the courtyard – there it is pleasantly quiet. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. A big plus is the bookable parking space for 20 euros and the charging station for electric cars. Right outside the door there are numerous pubs and restaurants, so you have a great selection in the evening. The city center is quickly accessible by public transport, but also easily done on foot. In addition, you can book a small or larger breakfast as needed, which makes the stay even more pleasant. Overall a highly recommended hotel with excellent value for money. I would definitely come back!

All in all, I recommend the hotel if you value a cozy night and a good start to the day with a delicious breakfast (the price is reasonable for what you get!). The location is also nice and you can reach every corner of Cologne (center) in a maximum of 20 minutes. If you're lucky, you can skip leg day as you walk up to a room on the upper floors and get a great view of the city at sunset.
