So I just went here for 1 night beceuse of a concert but let me tell you this: The people working over there are very nice, I had a few questions they anwsered perfectly (in English by the way, which is very uncommun for Germans). It's the perfect place to stay for a night, having a concert!

Stayed in this hotel for 5 nights for a conference I'm organizing. Arrival was rough: rude receptionist, no hello - just shouted "passports!" on arrival. Only when it became clear to him we basically rented almost the entire hotel for a week for our staff he backed down and apologized. The whole hotel is in dire need of a refresh, air conditioning does not work, the elevator didn't either for two days, loose connections, electricity failed for an entire floor one morning,... Awful bed, pillow and mattress. The only positive thing was the breakfast and the friendly breakfast staff. Interesting detail: you need to leave your key at reception when leaving, that was the first time in 25 years I needed to do that.

Simple hotel with large enough rooms, large bathroom and good light. Of particular note is the cleanliness of the rooms and Tolga - rarely such a friendly and helpful staff met at a reception.
