The BW Plus in Cologne-Ehrenfeld is a hotel that makes a solid, clean impression as soon as you enter. It stays that way throughout the entire stay as well. I liked the room just as much as the bar, which was open until 11 p.m. on my evening. I had found a parking space in front of the building, but the disappointment came later: €25/night, a steep price, one could also say outrageous. There are several check-in kiosks in the lobby, so the hotel wants to shift some of its tasks onto the guest. It is certainly not alone in that. The line at the info point showed that people want to have a personal contact person. At the info point, you also get your key card in the end.
