The location of the hotel was great, that was also the only positive thing. The room a disaster, curtains hang at half past eight 🤮 You just feel “well”👎🏻Room was not cleaned in the two days, no beds made, no toilets paper filled, nothing... the windows were not tight, the wind pulled through , the heating, or the air conditioning did not work, it did not get warm, you felt like in a “stays”, the breakfast buffet was mediocre, this hotel would never recommend

Terrible room! The entire carpet is so old with so much dirt, dusts and stains all over. The toilet is also not pleasant. We were very disgusted with the smell, stains, and some dirty black stuff falling from inside the toilet bowl. We traveled europe for 2 weeks and stayed with different hotels but this hotel was the worst besides the most expensive hotel we've ever stayed! For the cost, they should prioritize the cleanliness of the rooms. Very outdated , unmaintained room. We left with so much disappointment.

I could say that getting such a bad service has ruined our vacation. A front desk is the face of the hotel, but the face we saw here was a big shame. After such a bad experience, I would never recommend this hotel to anyone and will never choose again. The front desk staff are absolutely far from professional and have no idea how to do their work. Hotel management should take action immediately!”
