Best Western Parkhotel Westfalenhallen

A very good and convenient hotel, especially if you are visiting the exhibition centre, which was the main purpose of my stay. The location worked perfectly for me, and it was also surprisingly convenient for getting into the city. It is not a five-star hotel, but it offers everything needed for a comfortable stay and covered my needs very well. The only thing I really missed was a swimming pool or a similar wellness facility, which would have made the stay even better. Overall, a pleasant and convenient hotel with a great location, particularly for anyone attending events or exhibitions nearby.

The hotel is of course top for anyone who has an event in the Westfahlenhallen, the trade fair or attends a Dortmund game. The hotel offers everything you need: nice, clean rooms, a restaurant, short distances, free minibar (supply also at reception), etc. Breakfast buffet top. Thank you!

In order to get good seats for a concert in the Westfalenhalle, we booked this hotel through Eventim-Travel. Parking was totally crowded, but right next door you were allowed to stand for free. We had a room in annex and had to pass directly by the smoking lounge, unfortunately the smokers constantly left the door open. As a non-smoker, cold smoke is not exactly nice. Room was very spacious and clean. Furnishings and lighting are already a little old. Friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast and direct access to the Westfalenhalle should be mentioned positively.
