This hotel does not deserve even half a star. Their so-called 4-star rating is a joke. At check-in we were told there was no parking available and we should “find something ourselves.” We were also asked to pay extra for breakfast, even though Booking clearly showed it was included in the price. The receptionist claimed that “Booking cheats customers,” which is hard to believe — I’ve used Booking for years and this has never happened before. The room contained a damaged sofa (photo attached). We were told it would be replaced in the morning — no one ever came. The room was dirty, the floor was sticky, the radiator didn’t work, and it was cold. Strongly not recommended. Avoid this hotel — not worth a penny.

Disgusting hotel: Hair in the bed, it smells like cheap room scent, indefinable secretion stains on the carpet. In addition, no sleep possible, as guests had sex so loudly (probably with prostitutes) and rooms had parties. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone, even my worst enemy. The hotel is like an hourly hotel.

I have been a regular customer at this hotel for a long time and have always been satisfied so far. But after my last stay, I was banned for no reason and can no longer book – and this because of a misunderstanding about a minimum payment of €3. Since I had no cash with me, I assumed that it would be no problem to settle the small amount on my next stay. But instead I was simply banned without warning! Such an inflexible and unfriendly approach to loyal guests is absolutely disappointing. Instead of finding an easy solution, I was treated as if I had deliberately failed to pay.
