Hotel & Restaurant Akazienhof

I had a single room under the roof. The bathroom was much too small. You couldn't even wash your hands in the too small pool without getting the environment wet. The cupboard underneath stopped closing. The room was only superficially clean and the walls or window frame had come of age and had a lot of quirks. I didn't open the window, even though the room wasn't facing the street. You could hear all the street noise. I left earlier than I thought without breakfast.

Thanks for the great stay at the Acacia Courtyard. Everything was freshly renovated, clean and well scented .The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our extra requests were also fulfilled immediately if possible. We are particularly attracted by the burger selection. Finally not 08/15 standard potato selection but burgers. Really great and always freshly prepared. It is very centrally located and since we have a branch in Venlo, we always have to get very close. Thanks for the first-class stay we had.

I was again in Duisburg due to a training and stayed again at the Acacia Court. The location is really top: The motorway can be reached in a few minutes and the connection to public transport is also very good – ideal for quick access to the city centre or the main train station. Parking is ample and made a very well-kept impression. The staff was excellently trained and always appeared professional and friendly. My room was modern, very clean and provided everything you need for a pleasant stay. The breakfast also impressed me – the choice was wide, everything fresh and tastefully prepared. A highlight is the in-house burger restaurant, which I still knew from my last visit. Of course, I had to stop back there – and was not disappointed: The burgers and fries are absolutely recommended and just a must! Conclusion: A great hotel with great service, good connections and excellent food – I would love to come back!
