CAUTION!!! Stayed there 14 days ago. Due to technical problems during check-in at the hotel, I had to make a double booking. The next morning, the reception assured me that the problem was known and that one booking would be refunded immediately. SO FAR NO RESPONSE / REFUND!

Very good booking from home, check in via monitor on site very good. Polite staff at info breakfast was sufficient and good and possible at times. Paid parking of my car of 4 days was possible. Unfortunately, I did not see , from there was a chat to the airport (away on foot a bit far no OVM information was available at the hotel. but would book it again.

Hotel near the airport. There was a whole group in front of us who had to register digitally at the door, this took 40 minutes... handy if it could be done at home. Bathroom had mold on the ceiling. Beds are fine. Had asked a question through the site in advance, but never had an answer. Lock door broken. Next time fly from Düsseldorf definitely another hotel for us.
