I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but our experience at this hotel was unacceptable. We checked in on 19 October and had to leave due to the shocking condition of the room. The issues were severe: mold in the bathroom, visible blood stains on the walls and nightstand, broken curtains and lamps, and overall extremely poor cleanliness. The room was absolutely nothing like what was advertised. This hotel needs a serious update in hygiene, maintenance, and overall standards. Until then, I cannot recommend it to anyone.

Serious Security Issue with unfaithful manager Hotel doerenkamp digital access I booked two nights at this hotel (Sept 16–18, 2025) but had to leave early after a terrifying incident. At around 2:30 AM, an unknown person violently banged on my door and shouted loudly. I felt extremely unsafe and could not sleep the rest of the night. The next morning I learned from another guest that they had experienced a similar incident the night before. When I reported this to the hotel manager, he initially denied everything until another guest confirmed my story. The manager even complaint that i invented this story and i´m a difficult customer. Of course the whole time, he didn´t even say a word of Sorry. I checked out early and i have to pay other hotel extra fee because I did not feel safe staying there. Travelers should be warned: this hotel does not guarantee basic safety at night. This hotel has no night staff, no security, and no protection for guests. A little negative about cleanliness. It is a little difficult to sleep at night because it is a very noisy place. But the employees are very nice. They are helpful and sympathetic. Check-in and check-out were faster than I expected. The hotel's location is very good. old town within walking distance. You can also go to public transportation and train on foot.
