Should be downrated to a dormitory, no, heating in Dusseldorf in November means a uncomfortable stay, no hot water, no coffee making facilities, a 1000 Euro charge for 3 nights would be better off...

Doors don't close properly as they are newly fitted, the shower frame was loose, water poured out. Nightmare stay at this hotel- it started with that I was given a dated key card and asked reception...
