My husband and I stayed here for four nights. It's an easy 10 min walk from main train station. The tram to get was the 709, if you didn't want to walk. Check in was easy. We were shown to our garden room. Which was lovely. Separate mattresses so more comfortable nights sleep. Bathroom was clean. Walk in shower, a basin and a toilet. Breakfast was amazing. Everything you need for a decent breakfast they had. Cereal, toasts, meat, cheeses, eggs to boil as you want them. Beans, sausages. Tea, coffee, fruit juices. Breakfast was on till 11am, so we had a lie in most days! Ten minute walk to the old town where most the bars are and the xmas markets. We got the tram. Ask about a travel card at reception. Three euro a day. Well worth it. Can use all buses and trams. Even to get back to airport. We went to Cologne for the day, and the card covered so far of our journey. So we only paid eleven euro each return. I would highly recommend this B&B. Staff were very friendly and informative. We will definitely be staying here again on our next visit to Dusseldorf!

Pleasant, privately run, small hotel. Not flashy but has a nice atmosphere to it and staff are most willing to help. Flights of stairs up to the room were not an issue for us but could be for others (but there are more accessible rooms available.) A little awkward to find first time. Clean, comfortable, quiet room. Excellent continental breakfast, available for extensive hours. Very friendly, helpful staff. Good wifi. Excellent local transport deals. Immediate area is quite pleasant. Evening bar, comprising bottle beers etc. which could easily be improved by having a better selection but the room has a nice, cosy ambience.
