I had a short stay on the occasion of the Düsseldorf Marathon. Very pleasant, nice room, quiet place with an excellent breakfast. Of particular note is the kindness of the lady at the reception. I will come back with my family for a longer stay. Tuve una estancia corta para el maratón de Düsseldorf. Habitación muy agradable, bonita, hotel tranquilo con un estupendo desayuno . La amabilidad de la señora de la recepción a destacar. Volveré con mi familia para una estancia más larga.

Extremely unfriendly lady on the phone, been partly angrarian , didn't even try to find a solution let alone suggest anything.

Rooms are nothing like advertised, we got some rooms l in the building opposite the street. No kettle, no coffee machine, an empty kitchen as seen on photos 2. Super tiny bed, maybe 130cm wide. You can see that on photo 3. We booked 2 rooms as we were with 4 persons. The couple did get the slightly bigger bed as shown on photo 1,2. The friends had to share to supertiny bed on photo 3. So we exchanged rooms. And the photo of the room we got, is not shown on booking, probably they only show the pretty rooms there. We were quite disappointed. Although the location was a plus. The people were kind, but the rooms we did get were not as expected.
