Hotel Villa Achenbach

I travel frequently and stay in many hotels, but this time we were truly lucky. Our impression of this hotel exceeded every expectation. In reality, everything is even better than in the photos. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed with incredible care — from the light switches and an elegant, heavy carafe and glasses in the room to the music playing during breakfast. You could spend hours simply walking around the hotel, admiring all the little touches, it feels like nothing here is accidental, everything has been chosen with care and love. The silence is so remarkable that it is hard to believe you are in the very center of crowded Düsseldorf, the birds singing outside make you feel as if you are somewhere in the forest. The furniture is elegant and luxurious, the beds are comfortable, and there are pillows of different firmness to choose from. Live plants throughout the hotel, beautifully selected books, and the warm atmosphere makes you feel more like you are staying in the home of dear friends. The owner, a welcoming and beautiful woman, greeted us personally at reception and lovingly took time to show us around, telling us about her “creation” with genuine pride and passion. The staff were always kind, attentive, and ready to help with anything. Even after a week, we did not want to leave. I sincerely hope life brings us back here again one day. Thank you for the aesthetic pleasure and the comfort!

I had a wonderful stay at Villa Achenbach in Düsseldorf. The hotel is charming, beautifully decorated, and has a very cozy atmosphere. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, and my room was spotless and comfortable. One of the highlights for me was the lovely, well-kept garden – a perfect place to relax. The background music was also really nice and created a very pleasant mood. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, with plenty of choice. The location is quiet yet still close to the city center. I would definitely recommend Villa Achenbach and would be happy to return!

My stay at Villa Achenbach in Düsseldorf was really great. Since the hotel is only for adults, it is very quiet there, perfect for relaxing or working. The room was clean and cozy. The location is ideal: although in the middle of the city, but in a quiet street without the typical city noise. Especially nice I also found the terrace with access to the garden, perfect to enjoy a coffee or a glass of wine there. the lady at the reception was very friendly and attentive. Overall a great experience. Thanks to the whole team! The next time I visit Düsseldorf I will definitely come back
