What a great location at the airport and a lovely lady behind the reception. Rooms top although I always find carpet here a bit unhygienic. Fine pillows and good coffee. Pool unfortunately not saved,

I wanted to check in at this hotel on 7/29. Unfortunately, I cannot start my trip because I have to go to the hospital. I informed the hotel of this circumstance and asked for an accommodating solution. I was informed that a cancellation was only possible with a 90% cancellation fee and that I should contact Booking.com. I did that, and subjectively, this request from Booking.com was rejected. Absolutely bad. Customer-oriented action does not exist there.

It was okay for a few hours but not for longer.
