Was in Düsseldorf over the weekend and stayed at the hotel. (Business) I was super satisfied with the service and the staff. Deniz, a staff member, took care of every request and ensured that my stay remained pleasant. I can only recommend the hotel!

Excellent location! The room is comfortable, the window opens and there is a/c! Water pressure is decent but the water temperature was good! Best breakfast buffet in awhile! Having to pay to use the pool is a downer! The keycard system for the elevator is nice but confusing at first, needs some instructions to figure it out. There’s a Parking Garage, supposedly, but parking is a few blocks away - confusing! Free bottled water in the rooms and a small refrigerator are nice touches! We would stay here again!
