Radisson Blu Scandinavia Hotel

A clean and nice hotel, but with poor service. When we booked, we did not receive a notification that the hot water would be off. When I brought this to the front desk, they referred to that they put up notes about it in the elevators. No compensation was offered or sympathy that we basically had to an earlier departure.

Unfortunately, the check-in took over 60 minutes, which is why we were late for our follow-up appointment. Only 3 out of 4 check-in counters were staffed
