My friend and I recently stayed here, when we were in Germany for a Bayer Leverkusen game. The hotel probably doesn't look much from the outside, plus it is in a very quiet side street, but walk through the door, and you soon realize that it is off a good standard. The reception staff were very friendly, and helpful, as were all the staff throughout our short stay. The room was of a decent size and quality, with bath and shower, television and free to use safe. We had to pay extra for the breakfast as our room deal didn't include it, but at under 15 euros, it was value for money, with a fair selection of hot and cold foods, coffee, tea and various fruit juices. There is also fresh fruit available. I thought that it was good value, as you can eat as much, or as little as you want. The sleep quality, which I am sure you need to know, was excellent, absolutely no complaints on that front, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. Oh, forgot to mention the free wi-fi.

This hotel is a little gem. Situated not to far from he airport and in a great location for shopping and the Christmas Markets. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Rooms cleaned everyday and are spotless. We will be returning!!

We stayed here as a family for 2 nights. Great location - it was only 15-20 minute walk to the old town and River Rhine. Also, near many shops, McDonald’s and Subway. The room was very hot. Fortunately reception gave us a fan. We didn’t like the old-fashioned key system. Anyone could walk in the room if you forgot to lock it. The noise levels at night were also ridiculous - we were on the 1st floor, and it was very noisy with drunken laughter and singing. Even on a Sunday night I woke up at 3.30am from a lady shouting & singing in the street.
