We arrived as a couple and already had the impression during our initial phone contact that hospitality and professional service are apparently not highly valued here. The way we were treated was arrogant, unfriendly, and unprofessional from the very beginning. Especially with personal inquiries, we would have expected significantly more sensitivity, respect, and service orientation from a hotel that presents itself to the outside world as a 4-star establishment. Unfortunately, the whole experience did not meet the minimum standard that one is entitled to expect from a 4-star hotel. And by that, we do not just mean the telephone service: Also regarding breakfast, general service quality, and the environment, we could not gain an impression that convincingly justifies the advertised category. It is particularly disappointing that even with personal concerns, no real accommodation or appropriate communication seems to be expected. As a couple, one wants to feel welcome and well taken care of in a hotel: Here, we unfortunately had the exact opposite of that feeling. No matter how many stars are presented to the outside world: A 4-star hotel should be characterized above all by professionalism, friendliness, respect, and a certain standard in its treatment of guests. That is exactly what we missed here. An absolute catastrophe. For us, clearly only 1 out of 6 points and therefore not even remotely meeting the minimum standard of a 4-star hotel.

The service in general is not consistent with a 5-star hotel. Even so, there are exceptions. Luci at the entrance of the restaurant is absolutely charming, always with a smile and always ready to help, likewise Nidia, who does the manicures, a beautiful person and charming. The mattresses are spring mattresses. The hotel needs a bit of modernization.

We found the hotel to be really very good. The location is very convenient to the airport. Modern rooms and a very good breakfast for the price category.
