Searching for reviews Jörg Schmidt 1/5 just now on Google It only has to do with staff and assistance. I think she knows the stairwell/emergency exit. I accidentally drove into the dark underground garage, where I actually did not want to park. Well, I was inside. Since I had to get used to the darkness because of the sun, I went to the stairwell/emergency exit. As I was going up the stairs, I only saw doors that could be opened from the inside 😲 emergency exit locked. I was stuck in the stairwell; the parking garage door was also closed. I was sitting on the stairs and calling various buildings that the parking garage could belong to. One person then alerted the police because I had been sitting there for 30 minutes and couldn't get out. I heard people talking on the ground floor and knocked on the door 🙉 nothing happened. If I can hear them talking, they must have heard my banging on the door as well. Then, due to poor internet, I finally found my location and was able to call the hotel from the parking garage. The woman was very unfriendly but opened the door; the unfriendliness continued from there. I explained that I accidentally drove into the parking garage and saw the stairwell as the entrance to the building. The woman didn't care at all; I just wanted to get out of the parking garage 😅 she let me out and told me to go 10 meters further to the hotel and pay. The woman was incredibly rude. Upon arriving at the information desk☝️ I found her behind the counter 🙉 5 meters away from the door where I had knocked for 1 hour. The unfriendliness continued bääbääbää, I had to pay €12 to get out of the madhouse. Is this supposed to be a hotel? I would rather sleep in a tent if such staff works there. They left me in the emergency exit for 1 hour; why is an emergency exit locked? I will report this ☝️

Worst service ever experienced. Give up the unpleasant service of an angry man. The room was somewhat but definitely no more. Thinking there are other places you should rather stay overnight in the city.

I had to park my car outside in a hotel parking lot, as they wanted to keep the 2 free spaces for e-cars in the underground garage (which did not come). My car was broken, windows smashed, objects stolen. Damage around 300,-€. The "security cameras" were off!!!!! allegedly. Everything was reported. Now, after more than a year of writing back and forth by email and several phone calls, the final decision: The hotel, or the hotel's insurance company, does not refund the damage! I'm pissed off and can't recommend this hotel, besides, I've been avoiding all ibis hotels ever since and advise everyone against it. If you still risk it, I wish your car wouldn't be broken into.
