Unfortunately not as expected. Booked were a double room and a single room. Upon arrival after 7 hours drive, nasty surprise there are only 2 single rooms deposited. The lady at the reception was very eager to arrange everything even though the hotel was fully booked. It's annoying anyway, if you move into a room but can't unpack anything since you have to move again. So we just showered and packed everything back in. Since we wanted to be at a booked event on time, we unfortunately did not have time to wait for the move. The hotel staff have taken our bags or things to the new room. When we came back from the event at 2 pm, we also had no strength to complain about the cleanliness or lack of cleanliness. Strange hair in bed, lint on the floor, against one wall, that's what it looked like was apparently spit on or something I don't even want to know. On the hotel page is written of a safe and water bottles in the room. We could not find either. Toilet paper was unfortunately only there one roll, which was almost empty. You don't even dare to use the sockets or don't even work. (Single room) Breakfast: great touted but very meagre an hour before the end. According to the sign is from 8-10am breakfast, According to the staff 6-10am. At 9 o'clock, there was nothing to eat and according to the staff, nothing to follow up. When asked about scrambled eggs, which was always present in many photos, it was answered that this is not offered at all. Personally, this is very important to me, as I don't get anything else down in the morning. Other gods have also expressed great disappointment towards us. On the whole, the visit to this hotel was disappointing and not recommended.

More money was taken from my bankcard than the total on Booking.com, so they overcharged me. I made a reservation for my parents, but they got sick and couldn't go, so I cancelled the reservation. Even though they weren't there, they overcharged my card more than the total amount shown on the invoice on Booking.com.

This is one of the worst hotels in which I have ever stayed. The quality of service was very poor: Small rooms, small TV. The owner of the hotel didn't want to issue an invoice for my stay. It took me three days to get it ... Finally after threatening the hotel owner that I will cancel my card payment for the stay he has issued the invoice. The hotel owner accussed me of smoking in the hotel room which was completely not true. I'm a non smoking person... I have really bad experience related to the stay at this Hotel. For sure I won't stay there again in the future.
