Holiday Inn Dusseldorf-Neuss

We chose the hotel because of its proximity to the state garden show. We were pleasantly surprised! A large room with a seating area and light-colored furniture, plus it was quiet and had windows that could be opened. Only the small bathroom with a step up to the shower and a curtain is no longer up to date. At breakfast, we weren't the only ones looking for a coffee machine; there isn't one. Instead, there is delicious coffee in a pot and special requests upon request. Unfortunately, there was no cappuccino with oat milk for us! Otherwise, nothing to complain about; everything was plentiful and tasted good too.

I liked the hotel. However, there were no additional food options or snacks in the evening. The public restroom on the ground floor was very dirty. The hotel is located in a quiet area with plenty of parking spaces, including a private parking garage. We had a warm welcome at the reception, wasr you could also go during the stay with all questions. We had a nice room. The daily breakfast left no wishes. In the evening it was fun with a drink at the bar or on the terrace. The staff was very friendly and up and running to give you a good stay at the hotel.
