It was great service, good hotel room, nothing to complain. Everything was clean en de people where nice. If i come back to dusseldorf i will come back here.

Clean but poor quality and noisy hotel in the center of Düsseldorf just a stone's throw from the main station. Definitely only strong point the location together with the friendly and courteous staff but otherwise right to stay there for a few nights. Without breakfast just a kettle in the room and some wafers, microscopic bath, uncomfortable bed and could not be otherwise.

SCAMMERS!! Upon arrival we were nicely helped by an employee and then we went for a walk around the city, but we already had a gut feeling so we put a beer bottle behind the door in the middle of the room. When we returned, the bottle was gone and on the side. We went to the reception and asked why this was the case and when they realized that they were wrong, they assumed that we had smoked in the room even though we are not smokers, then they called the police. our booking is canceled and your money is gone WATCH OUT FOR THESE SCAMMERS!!
