Klusenhof Hotel

!!!!!!!Super management!!!!! The hotel manager was super flexible, friendly, and helped us greatly with our split reservation by simply giving us a free upgrade. The hotel has everything one needs, super clean, and beautiful large rooms. We stayed for 12 days and would book again at any time. Only to be recommended. Thank you very much.

There is no manned reception and no one can come if it turns out that there are 2 instead of 3 beds and towels. After 5 phone calls and a few monkeys it is clear that it will be okay. The vending machine you could get drinks out of doesn't work, it gulps down money that can't be found without something coming out. They won't believe us until someone from the hotel does the same at our request. All in all, quite a situation. Showers had to be in the bath under a sloping wall.

We booked this hotel well in advance via Booking.com. When we arrived everything was processed without actually meeting/ seeing someone from the hotel staff. The credit card had just to be swiped through the door access. Once debited, you in! Our room 26 was spacious and clean. It actually fulfilled all purposes and expectations. Bed was comfy and bathroom quite big. We went there to attend a friends 50s birthday in the local golf club house which was about 20 minutes walking distance. So again all convinient for us. There is a huge Rewe just around the corner of Klusenhof. The bakery in the basement of the hotel building was also great and served a good hang-over breakfast the morning after :-) We then just left the key in the room and soon we were out again. Pragmatic system which suited best for us!
