In the room, 26° (outside temperature about 22°) - air conditioning not functioning (obviously without power). Reception: when it is so hot outside, it can indeed be that it does not function (lol); what we can offer is a fan. HELLO! This is a hotel, not an ICE train from DB. The manager must ensure that the air conditioning systems are functioning before the rooms are rented out. Service website Germany - here is an example.

My husband and I were absolutely shocked that the older kitchen lady with blonde hair did not even greet us. Absolutely unfriendly and disrespectful. The attitude was also far too grumpy. And all the other service staff were simply unfriendly. The worst hotel visit we have ever had!!

We booked the higher category Superior room, which is advertised in the room description as having a "quiet location." What we received was a very large room with good amenities, but it was directly above the intersection and right over the exit of the parking garage. With the windows closed, the noise was very disturbing. Moving to another hotel was not possible due to scheduling reasons. A refund for the lower category was denied.
